Thence North 88° 00' West 105.75 feet to a point on the East line of Village Estates Subdivision; thence North along the East line of Village Estates Subdivision 182.00 feet to a point, thence South 88° 00' East 105.75 feet to a point on the East line of said Northwest Quarto; thence South 182.00 feet to the point of beginning, situated in Washington County Illinois. Exception all oil, coal, gas and minerals underlying said premises heretofore excepted, reserved or conveyed of record together with the right to mine and remove the same and all rights and easements in favor of the estate of said coal, oil, gas and other minerals, if any, as to all aforementioned properties.
